So I know that this was quite a while ago, but I thought I would post up some pictures from Seibon Carbon’s customer appreciation day. Definitely want to thank Seibon Carbon for inviting us to display our 2 project Genesis coupes at the event and for all the help this year. They plan to do another day next spring, so make sure you stop by. A lot of great cars, DJs, events and vendors were there. This year has definitely been a great one, and one of the companies that we worked with to make our Genesis Coupe 2.0T Time Attack vehicle, happened to be JRZ Suspensions. We wanted to convert the rear strut/spring setup to a coilover setup and together we collaborated to make this a reality. We have been using these Racing 3-way coilovers from JRZ for the last half of this year and will continue to use them for years to come. They are a superb system that has improved the handling of the car sevenfold. If any Genesis Coupe owner would like a JRZ Suspension setup, be it the same 3-way race setup we are using, a 2-way RS Pro setup, or even a single adjustable RS setup, please contact us via email, sales@moderacing.com. The MODE Racing sponsored GOTO:Racing Nissan GTR has had quite the success in its first 2 events. Running SCCA World Challenge times while testing at Infineon and taking a first place finish at its first race at Thunderhill. While Brian Lock is the main driver for the GTR, his brother Chris Lock was also able to take home the track record for TT while at Thunderhill. MODE Racing owner, Billy Brooks, is one of a very few to have over 1.5 years experience, engineering and driving, the latest iteration of the GTR, the R35, in the US. Being able to get his hands on a JDM version while working for COBB Tuning, 3 months after the release in Japan and 6 months before US release, he has been able to fine tune quite a few parts for this super car. MODE Racing has provided GOTO: Racing with these soon to be released parts:

MODE Racing changes its logos!
I know it has been a few months without any updates, but we have been quite busy here at MODE Racing. One of the things that we have been working on, other than the website which should be up very soon, is changing our logos. Here are the logos that will be representing our company from this point forward.
Thank you for everyone’s patience these last few months as we go through these changes. We will be releasing more and more products as the weeks/months go on.
(Orange County, CA) The Nissan GT-R has received numerous accolades in performance, engineering, and design from multiple worldwide publications and media. With that in mind, MODE Racing has teamed up with one of very few teams campaigning the “Godzilla” of performance vehicles. GOTO : Racing recently took order of a brand new 2010 Nissan GT-R and has asked MODE Racing to provide their high performance racing products and trackside support for their road racing GT-R.
GOTO : Racing has a strong pedigree of race vehicles and their new GT-R is no exception. When MODE Racing was asked to join in their GT-R build, they did not hesitate. “We are extremely excited to work with GOTO : Racing and their brand new 2010 Nissan GT-R. We look forward to seeing MODE Racing products on the GT-R as it dominates the field of competitors on the track. MODE Racing has been signed on to provide an intake system, oil coolers, differential coolers, and sway bars with adjustable end links to help the GOTO:Racing GT-R propel itself through the finish line. The GT-R is slated to compete in several series including Redline Time Attack, Super Lap Battle, NASA Racing series in Norther California, and the NASA 25 hours of Thunderhill.
With so much buzz going on with the GT-R, this should showcase the true potential of the beast. MODE Racing looks forward to the build and will be extensively covered with pictures and video on the MODE Racing blog at http://moderacing.wordpress.com.
